Service Description

I am a mother of two hilarious humans (they come by it honestly), and I live with them and my partner in East Vancouver. I love the colour and character of our neighbourhood and it brings me so much joy to connect with the people who live here. My doula style is warm, educational, and lighthearted. I bring a good mix of information, resources, care, and connection. I love diving into research on birth, listening to podcasts, and providing evidence-based education to my clients. I also believe that birth is a beautiful, powerful, and natural process. During birth, I offer emotional and physical support, I look for the little things that need to be done, and I make sure that your partner feels supported and nourished as well so that they can be your first source of support. My favourite post-birth meal is a nice bowl of soup! No matter what each family prefers, I am passionate about providing holistic support prenatally, through birth, and into postpartum. As well as a birth doula, I am also a birth photographer. I am looking forward to hearing your story.
