Before your session, you will complete a questionnaire that helps guide our time together. This allows us to understand your questions, concerns, birth preferences, and goals so we can create a session that is meaningful and relevant to your family. During your one-to-one session, we will cover the essential information you need to feel informed, prepared, and confident heading into birth and the first few weeks with your new baby. Your private prenatal class will include: Understanding the stages of labour and birth, including what to expect and how partners can provide effective support Learning and practicing comfort measures and pain-coping techniques for labour Creating a supportive birth environment at home or in the hospital Understanding the role of partners and support people, including how they can feel confident and involved Discussing birth fears, caesarean birth, and informed decision-making Exploring medication options, hospital procedures, and how to work with your healthcare team Preparing for your birth preferences and creating a birth plan Baby care basics, newborn needs, and feeding your baby Postpartum recovery, emotional adjustment, and the transition into parenthood Your private class also includes: A Feeding Baby and Birth Resource Guide with community resources and coupon codes An exclusive pain-coping audio track to help you practice comfort techniques at home Private Prenatal Class Investment $495 + GST Small Group Private Classes Would you like to attend with friends or another couple?
