Hi, I’m Ambar, a birth and postpartum doula who believes that welcoming a baby is one of the most powerful and transformative moments in life. I bring compassionate, heart-focused support to families as they move through pregnancy, birth, and those raw, beautiful newborn weeks. My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and rooted in deep respect for your culture, your story, and the unique way your family grows. My own journey into motherhood came with challenges. I experienced a difficult birth and postpartum depression, and as I slowly healed, I realized something that changed my life: no family should ever walk this path alone. That truth lit a fire in me and guided me toward becoming a doula. Now, my work is all about making parents feel seen, heard, supported, and held with genuine care. I believe birth is sacred. It’s powerful, messy, emotional, beautiful - and it deserves to be met with warmth, knowledge, and confidence. I’m here to offer just that. I show up with compassion, a calm grounding energy, a little bit of humour, and a lot of heart, so you feel empowered and supported every step of the way.
